The storm came and settled on the farm. Willie fed and headed off to work like normal. Since I'm a teacher, I got a snow day home with the kiddos.
We went to check for babies around noon and came to realize Willie left the pregnant nanny pen's gate open! (Don't worry...we both do this...often). Needless to say, they were having a picnic on all the feed and hay they could get to. If only I had video of this round up to share!

I think the goats are all suffering from a little cabin fever because I don't think this is how the hay feeder is supposed to be used...
Please excuse the high paneling above the creep area in the back. The mothers like to jump the fence and eat the creep feed. What they will do for a snack!
I went back up around 2 to check on the pregnant nannies and I did it...I left the gate open while checking waters and fixing the billy pens. Round up number 2! I guess I can't give Willie such a hard time now.
